Shipping policy

Once an item leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping service. We are not responsible for custom fees/taxes, lost packages, items held in customs, locating a lost item, etc. All questions concerning shipping needs will need to be communicated with the shipping service used. Orders are processed within 5 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All shipments within the U.S. are sent via USPS. If you need an item rushed, please email us prior to ordering.
